What Clients Say
I recently visited Atlanta, GA from Jacksonville, NC with family. Our original plans were to enjoy the sights at the Atlanta Botanical Garden over the weekend. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enter upon arrival. A young gentleman advised entry was by appointment only. He then offered to direct me to any activities and food nearby. I immediately accepted his offer. Ron informed me of Piedmont Park, a restaurant named Sean’s Heart of the Park (located in Piedmont Park) and of several other nearby local attractions. Ron was extremely polite, informative, and a pleasure to interact with. I am writing this review to whom it may concern. I had such a pleasant interaction with Ron and look forward to visiting Atlanta again!

Katie and I are so grateful for the partnership we’ve developed over the past year with you and your team. After my parents passed away, I began dreaming of the Life & Legacy Experience for our staff at Chick-fil-A Support Center. I knew there would be many logistics that would need to fall into place to make this day remarkable for our participants. What a joy it’s been to have your team come alongside us to execute this experience 14 times this year with 166 participants total. We are so appreciative of your team’s contribution to support these special days! . . .

Audrey was incredible and definitely was a pleasure to meet and have on site with us! Everything went smoothly and it was a joy working with you and your team. I’m currently talking with my team on using Pinnacle in the future as we do have some other events this year where we may need to utilize your team . . .
Everything with the buses and drivers ran like clockwork! It seems that EVERYONE staying at the hotels took advantage of our door-to-door service. It had been hard for me to get a handle on who would want to drive their own car. But it all worked perfectly in the end! . . .
My name is Emily but people call me Lilly. Last week I was visiting the Botanical Gardens. I am trying to adjust to the new rules of the Garden’s, respecting all the changes as I am sure everyone is due to COVID-19. As I parked my car I was fussing out loud, I must have looked confused because a young lady came to me and asked if she could help me. I explained to her that I didn’t realize I had to have a reservation and I was frustrated because I had friends with me. She told me there was no reason to be frustrated that she would be glad to help me. She continued to show me how to look on line and see if there was an available spot. I found a time but still felt like I wasn’t going to be able to get in. She told me she would walk me to the ticket booth and see if she could help me get a time. As we walked I asked her what she did at the Garden’s and she told me that she was the Assistant Manager for Pinnacle Parking, a representative for the Gardens and that Pinnacle Parking manages the Garage for the Gardens. I was shocked that she didn’t work for Atlanta Botanical Gardens directly the way she made sure a Garden customer was taken care of. She helped turn an embarrassing frustrating situation into an amazing day for my Friends and I. I was so moved by her out of the way actions that I had to write in. Most people pass the “not my job” opportunity and just keep walking but she went the extra mile. I thanked her for her help and she told me she was glad to help and hoped we had a Great Time! I am sure she felt like she was just doing her job but it was so much more to me. She was kind, professional & just what I would hope for in a frustrating situation. Her name was Tonya and she inspired me to make a future donation to the Beautiful Gardens. . . .

Everything went perfectly – your drivers were both great! Thanks for providing such good service. I will certainly be back in touch if we find ourselves in the area for another meeting.
