Tim Walsh

President & CEO

Tim Walsh serves as the President, CEO to Pinnacle Parking & Transportation Solutions. Tim has over 35 years’ experience in the parking and transportation industry. Tim was the former President and co-owner of Lanier Parking Holdings which owned and operated over 400 parking and shuttle operations across the country. Prior to joining Lanier, Tim served as Regional Manager for APCOA, Inc. where he was responsible for acquiring parking properties throughout the Southeast. In 1994, Tim became Program Manager for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG). He was responsible for acquiring more than 200 properties for the transportation department as well as managing the parking of more than 100,000 vehicles for each day of the 19 days of the games. An Atlanta native, Tim is an active member of the Atlanta transportation and development community. He has held various leadership roles as a member of the Parking Association of Georgia (PAG), Atlanta Convention Bureau (ACVB), Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA), Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Woodruff Art Center, The Atlanta Opera, and Pace Academy.
