Chief Financial Officer
David Klarman currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Pinnacle Transportation Solutions, LLC.
Recently he has had the privilege of serving as the Finance Chair for the South Fork Conservancy, a local non-profit, while also assisting a couple of start up companies in a temp CFO capacity. Previously he was both a Chief Advisor to Lanier Parking Solutions, after ten and a half years as Lanier’s Chief Financial Officer. As a member of Lanier’s corporate support team, Klarman focused on both ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the day-to-day financial operations, while monitoring and mapping the company’s global financial objectives and orchestrating the sale of the company to Citizens Holdings in February of 2014. His background is multifaceted. For seven years, he was the CFO for a large public relations firm with offices worldwide. Prior to that, Klarman spent 15 years in the real estate industry based out of Los Angeles. During that time, he served as CFO for an international commercial real estate holding company that constructed and managed industrial office parks as well as commercial office buildings in California, New York City, and Washington, D.C. Klarman began his career with Laventhol and Horwath, where he earned his certification in public accounting. He holds both a bachelor of science degree in accounting and a master of science degree in taxation.
